MEET EMMA

Emma Wheat is a highly skilled developer of people, facilitating the personal development and learning of individual Executives and their teams. Her background as an Educator, British Embassy Commercial Officer, Senior Manager and Corporate Ambassador allows her to work easily with senior executives and teams to insure synergy and transformation.


Using a variety of tools and assessments, Emma works with both team and individuals in the corporate world to develop personal leadership styles, identifying strengths that result in outstanding performance.


Her corporate background and 16 years living in the Middle East, has given her a unique insight and framework of intercultural experience for developing people. Emma has worked with executives from over 35 countries in the areas of leadership, team coaching, executive coaching and training.  She has worked as a coach and trainer at the Capgemini University in Paris, American University of Paris and multiple international corporations to grow leaders for a global society.


Emma has designed and delivered training programmes, Executive Coaching, Behavioural Assessments and Teambuilding to thousands of participants across Europe, the Middle East and  Asia. She has worked with companies such as Glaxo SmithKline, Capgemini Paris, Volkswagen Middle East, Newell Rubbermaid.
She is a Professional Certified Coach aaccredited through the International Coach Federation, is a Faculty Member and Trainer with the Coaches Training Institute, A Team Diagnostic Assessment Facilitator and Established Executive Coach.
